3. Conduct a public hearing and consider a resolution approving an amendment to the Community Waste Disposal (CWD) agreement authorizing a three (3) percent increase in the existing solid waste and recycling service rates.

4. Discuss and consider the City’s nomination for the fourth member of the Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD), Board of Directors.

5. Discuss and consider a resolution providing for the adoption of the Master Fee Schedule for all fees and charges assessed and collected by the City of Lancaster.
