4. Consider an amendment to Ordinance No. 2009-10-31 amending Chapter 12, Article 12.1600 of the Code of Ordinances, "riding of horses and livestock" on streets within the City

M22-01 Conduct a public hearing and consider an amendment to the Future Land Use Plan of the Comprehensive Plan from Suburban Mixed-Use Center to Logistics/Distribution on a property addressed as 2121 N. Houston School Road located on the east side of East Longhorn Drive and 1,258 feet south of West Wintergreen Road. The property is approximately 14.926 acres within the Maraday Parks Survey, Abstract 1120 City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

8. Z22-01 Conduct a public hearing and consider a rezoning request from Agriculture Open (A-O) to Light Industrial (LI). The property is addressed as 2121 N. Houston School Road located on the east side of East Longhorn Drive and 1,258 feet south of West Wintergreen Road. The property is approximately 14.926 acres within the Maraday Parks Survey, Abstract 1120 City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

9. Conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed City Council redistricting plan.

10. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a ballot casting the City's vote for the fourth member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD).

11. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement to refinance the existing 2014 and 2018 Capitalized Lease agreements into a new consolidated agreement with JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. in an amount not to exceed five hundred ninetynine thousand eight hundred fifty-seven dollars and fifty-eight cents. ($599,857.58).

12. Discuss and consider confirmation of Civil Service Commission appointment as designated by the City Manager.

15. Discuss and consider confirmation of nominations made by the Mayor for appointments to the City of Lancaster's Zoning Board of Adjustment.

13. Discuss and consider the annual appointments to City of Lancaster Boards and Commissions.

14. Discuss and consider confirmation of appointments made by the Planning and Zoning Commission of three (3) regular members and one (1) alternate to the City of Lancaster Historic Landmark Preservation Committee (HLPC).
