The property is a 0.22 acre tract. The property is known as Lot 16B, Block G, of the Will-Kee Replat Addition, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
7. Discuss and consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Lancaster, Texas denying the rate change application proposed by Oncor.
