CALL TO ORDER

1. In accordance with Chapter 551 Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (the Texas Open Meetings Act), the City Council shall convene in executive session to confer with the City’s attorney to discuss pending, threatened, contemplated, or potential related litigation in regard to: 1) Pleasant Run Road Improvements (Dallas County MCIP 31403). 2) Potential dis-annexation of real estate.

2. Discuss and receive a presentation on economic trends and indicators and the impact of these factors on the implementation of the Economic Development Strategic Plan.

3. Discuss and receive a presentation on the renovation of the City Hall Annex building located at 250 East First Street.

4. Receive a presentation regarding the FY 2023/2024 equipment replacement program, facility program needs and one-time expenditures.

5. Discuss and receive an update on the operations and management of Country View Golf Course for the second quarter (January-March) fiscal year FY 2023-2024.

6. Discuss and receive a presentation regarding the Quarterly Financial Report for the second quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 for the period ending on March 31, 2024.

7. Discuss and receive a presentation regarding the City Council's Five-Year Goals and Objectives established during the annual City Council Strategic Planning Session held on June 16 and 17th, 2023, for the second quarter of the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 (January 1, 2024- March 31, 2024).
