2. Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a Special Exception to the City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6-Reverse Frontage Lots, Section 6.07.006 (a) and 6.07.006 (b): 1) to construct a fence on the property line and not meet the required 10-feet side yard setback along Lyle Street; 2) to receive a 2-foot variance to have a 6-foot fence deviating from the 4-foot height maximum in a front yard; and 3) to have a hundred percent (100%) opaque fence and not meet the fifty percent (50%) opaqueness requirement on the property addressed as 4457 Trippie Street, Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
3. Elm Street; 2) to receive a 4'3" variance to have an 8'3" fence deviating from the 4-foot height maximum in a front yard and 8 foot maximum in a side yard; and 3) to have a hundred percent (100%) opaque fence and not meet the fifty percent (50%) opaqueness requirement on the property addressed as 501 W. 8th Street, Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
4. M24-38 Discus and consider a resolution accepting a 20-foot public sanitary sewer easement, being 85,967 square feet or 1.9735 acres on Lot 1, Block A, out of the Cawley EBL Lancaster Logistics Addition, located approximately 1,500 feet west of the intersection of Ferris Road and East Belt Line Road, addressed as 1000 East Belt Line Road.
5. Discuss and consider declaring a certain board, commission or committee position(s) vacant due to a resignation.
