Discuss and consider a resolution awarding Bid 2023-22 to Bartlett & West, Inc., for Engineering Design Services for Roadway Improvements for Belt Line Road from the 2023 Certificate of Obligation (CO) issuance for an amount not to exceed one million one hundred four thousand nine hundred fifty-four dollars and zero cents ($1,104,954.00) for Belt Line Road.
8. Discuss and consider a resolution ratifying a grant agreement with Noble Lancaster, LLC, in an amount not to exceed eighty thousand dollars ($80,000), from funds collected from one-fourth (1/4) of one (1) percent additional sales and use tax for the promotion and development of new and expanded business enterprises, as authorized by state law.
