Discuss and consider a resolution ratifying the terms and conditions of an agreement by and between the Lancaster Economic Development Corporation, (“LEDC”) and Morales Construction Services, Inc. for construction services related to the remodeling of the Municipal Center Annex Building, located at 250 East First Street, in an amount not to exceed one million six hundred ninety thousand five hundred dollars ($1,690,500) from funds collected from the ¼ of 1 percent additional sales and use tax.
