5. Z25-09 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request to change the zoning from Agricultural Open (AO) to Single Family Estate (SF-E). The property is addressed as 2205 South Houston School Road, located north of the intersection of South Houston School Road and Bear Creek Road, being a 2.59 acre tract of land out of the Charles H. Bernard Survey Abstract No. 128 Pg. 40, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

6. Conduct a public hearing and consider ordinances that amend Chapter 6.04 Technical Construction Codes and Standards of the City's Code of Ordinance by repealing the 2015 International Code Council's Model Codes and replacing them with the 2021 International Code Council's Model Code Updates and the 2023 National Electrical Code with local amendments.

7. Discuss and consider an application for the Historic Landmark Preservation Committee to designate historic landmarks within the City.

8. Discuss and consider approving the use of the Lancaster letterhead and logo in conjunction with the Texas Municipal League (TML) logo for a Region 13 Texas Municipal League letter.
