5. M25-27 Conduct a public hearing and consider a request to Section 6.07.006 (a) and (b) to allow for a 6-foot-tall, wood, solid screen fence, located 7-feet from the southern property line, on the property located at 1865 Southwood Drive, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
