Z26-05 Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a zoning change from Planned Development (PD)- Neighborhood Services (NS) and Planned Development (PD) Light Industrial (LI) to a Planned Development (PD) with Heavy Manufacturing and Salvage/Reclamation (indoor and outdoor) uses, on the properties legally described as Lots 2R1, 5R, and 6R, Block A, Van Trust I-20 Logistics Addition Replat, addressed as 3500, 3560, and 3700 North Dallas Avenue, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

3. M26-13 Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a special exception to §6.07.008(a) of the Code of Ordinances to allow a 6-foot-tall chain-link fence with one-foot of barbed wire and a motorized chain-link rolling gate on a property legally described as Lot 1A, Block B, out of the Cedar Valley Industrial Park Section 1 Addition, addressed as 3601 N. Dallas Avenue, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

5. (M26-11) Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement with Lancaster Data Center Campus L.P. relating to paving improvements to Red Oak Road for a development located at 2401 S. Dallas Avenue, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

6. Discuss and consider authorizing a Letter of Support for DSV's Foreign Trade Zone Application.
