6. Consider a resolution authorizing the outfit of six (6) 2026 Dodge Durango from Feniex Company through an interlocal agreement with Buyboard, in an amount not to exceed one hundred ninety-one thousand five hundred twenty-one dollars and fifty cents ($191,521.50).

9. Z26-06 Conduct a public hearing and consider a specific use permit (SUP) for an Automobile Rental facility on the property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, out of the Chrysler Addition, addressed as 940 North I-35 E, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

10. Z26-07 Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a zoning change from Commercial Highway (CH) to Planned Development (PD) with CH uses and Monument Works, Stone and Metal uses, and a variance request to Section 14.101(b)(2)(A)- Open Space requirement, of the Lancaster Development Code, on the property addressed as 3415, 3419, and 3423 Sherwood Avenue, legally described as Lot 32R, Block D of the Granite Addition, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

11. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional architectural services agreement with HED Architects for design services related to renovations at 690 & 700 E. Main St. for an amount not to exceed three hundred fifty-three thousand and five hundred dollars ($353,500.00).

12. M26-17 Discuss and consider a resolution to accept a fire lane access and utility access easement being 4.405 acres from Dallas CSD-BP Investor 1 LLC (Grantor) to the City of Lancaster (Grantee) for the construction, maintenance, operation and repair of the water line, sewer line, meter vaults and all appurtenances necessary to provide a connection to the city water and sewer systems, and for fire lane access; establishing conditions, providing for the furnishing of a certified copy of this resolution for recording in the property records of Dallas County, Texas as a deed.

13. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to the Chapter 380 Agreement with NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. to modify Section 4(h) to allow for a one-time donation of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000), and establish an effective date.

14. Discuss and consider confirmation of appointment made by the Mayor for the City of Lancaster's Zoning Board of Adjustment vacant position.
