2. Consider a resolution approving the Regional Transportation Council (RTC) award of transportation development credits for a traffic signal equipment standardization and upgrade program along Belt Line Road, Pleasant Run Road and Houston School Road.

M26-21 Conduct a public hearing to consider an ordinance to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan from Suburban Mixed-Use to Commercial Corridor on a property known as Lot 7R, Block A, out of the Bakri Automotive Addition, being 3.17 acres addressed at 2619 Balomede Avenue, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

6. Z26-08 Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Minor Auto Repair, and a variance request to exceed the maximum allowed 14 parking spaces, to provide 50 parking spaces, on the property legally described as Lot 8R, Block A, out of the Beckley City Lots Addition, addressed as 1452 N. I-35E, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

7. Z26-09 Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a zoning from Commercial Highway (CH) to a Planned Development (PD) with Commercial Highway (CH) and Hail Damage Repair uses with conditions, and a variance request to Section 10.01(b)(2)(A) of the Lancaster Development Code to not provide the required 20% open space, on a property known as Lot 7R, Block A, out of the Bakri Automotive Addition, addressed at 2619 Balomede Avenue, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

8. M26-23 Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a variance to Section 6.07.004 and Section 6.07.008(a) of the Code of Ordinances to allow a twelve-foot-tall chain-link fence on the property legally described as Lot 1R1, Block 1, out of the Belt Line Replat Addition, addressed as 150 N. I-35E, City of Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.

9. Discuss and consider declaring a certain board, commission or committee position vacant due to excessive absences.
