2. Consider a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement with Reynolds Asphalt & Construction Company for asphalt pavement reconstruction services as part of Pilot Plastic Road Project for reconstruction of Hammond Ave, in an amount not to exceed one hundred ninety-five thousand seven hundred fifty-six dollars and twenty-seven cents ($195,756.27).
5. M26-17 Discuss and consider a resolution to accept a sanitary sewer easement being 7,885 feet (0.18 acres) from McClung Investment Properties, LLC (Grantor) to the City of Lancaster (Grantee) for the construction, maintenance, operation and repair of the sewer line, meter vaults and all appurtenances necessary to provide a connection to the City sewer systems; establishing conditions, providing for the furnishing of a certified copy of this resolution for recording in the property records of Dallas County, Texas as a deed.
6. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the redemption of the 2028 maturity of the city's tax and waterworks and sewer system (surplus) revenue certificates of obligation series 2015.
7. Discuss and consider an ordinance authorizing and ordering the issuance of City of Lancaster, Texas Limited Tax Note, Series 2026; specifying the terms and features of such note; levying a continuing direct annual Valorem Tax for the payment of said note; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment, and delivery of note; and providing an effective date.
8. Discuss and consider a request from the Lancaster Historical Society, Inc to conduct geotechnical exploration at City property located at 223 E. Pecan Street, Lancaster, Texas 75146.
9. M26-36 Discuss and consider a Preliminary Plat appeal request for Bear Creek Phases 5-7, for 749 residential lots and fourteen (14) open space lots on 167.8 acres. The property is located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of land located east of the intersection of East Reindeer Road and Green Acres Lane, described as being a tract of land situated in the Patrick P. Smith Survey, Abstract No. 1313 and 1365 and the Robert A. Lemmans Survey, Abstract No. 628, Lancaster, Dallas County, Texas.
