14. Discuss and consider a variance request to allow alcoholic beverage sales within 300 feet of a school for a property located at 2601 N. Dallas Ave.

15. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an official ballot casting the City's nomination vote for the election of Places 1 - 4, on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TMLIRP) Board, 2026 election for six-year terms beginning October 1, 2026.
